1) Credit Recovery Officer / Credit Recovery Executive
Job Description:
▪ Make Outbound Calls to remind delinquent accounts about their overdue payments.
▪ To ensure payment dues are collected
Requirements:
▪ Candidates must possess at least STPM/"A" Level/Diploma/Bachelor
Degree in any field.
▪ Required skill(s): Negotiations, Customer Service and Sales.
▪ Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
▪ Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

2) Receptionist
Job Description:
▪ The 1st point of contact for our clients.
▪ To handle telephone calls, reception duties & admin matters.
▪ To manage the front office reception area.
▪ To co-ordinate all incoming or outgoing mails, despatching and courier documents.
▪ To attend to all enquiries from customers/visitors before directing to the respective personnel.
▪ To provide general administrative support and to perform ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Requirements:
▪ Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, any field.
▪ Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
▪ At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
▪ Well groomed and presentable.
▪ Computer literate.

3) Finance Executive
Job Description:
▪ To assist in daily acounting function such as AP, AR, Petty Cash, Cash Flow and other related accounting tasks as assigned.
▪ In charge of fixed asset register, schedules & checklist for auditing.
▪ In charge of petty cash.
▪ Prepare payment vouchers, issue cheques and control on subsequent distribution.
▪ Ensure proper filling of all documents related to Finance Department.
▪ Assist in general accounting related function and duties.
Requirements:
▪ Candidate must posses at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or quivalent.
▪ At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
▪ Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting, Finance - Audit/Taxation or quivalent.
▪ Preferred language(s): English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia.
▪ Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MYOB will be an added advantage.

4) HR Assistant
Job Description:
▪ Assist department heads in day to day HR matters.
▪ Assist in implementing HR policies, systems and operating procedures.
▪ Assist in documenting process flow charts on HR operational procedures.
▪ Assist in Payroll preparation.
▪ Maintain and update employee records.
▪ Prepare letters for new hire, resignation and confirmation of employment.
▪ Replenishment of office forms and stationery.
▪ Update organization charts from time to time.
▪ Perform other administrative duties assigned by superior.
Requirements:
▪ Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
▪ Possess pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skills.
▪ Resourceful and able to handle multiple tasks and assignments independently.
▪ Able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
▪ Proficient in Ms Office.
▪ Able to write and speak Mandarin will be an added advantage.
5) IT Executive
Job Description:
▪ Designing, developing, modifying and fully supporting company system
▪ Make changes on the system upon superior's request
▪ Fully support for daily operation hardware, network and operating system
troubleshooting probelm. E.g. setup and format PC
▪ Other ad-hoc duties as per requested by superior.
Requirements:
▪ Candicate must prossess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate
Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma,
Professional Degree,Computer Science/Information Technology or Equivalent
▪ Required skill(s): M/S SQL Server, VB.Net
▪ Preferred skill(s): ASP.NET
▪ Required language(s): Chinese, English
▪ Preferred Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia
▪ At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required
for this position.
▪ Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalnet
